We are chuffed to see our Seymour Walk interior featuring the LIA Suspension light in this months KAIA newsletter !
We are thrilled to feature for second month in a row in the Architecture News section of Grand Designs Magazine!
In this months October issue the 6m double basement from our Seymour Walk project is featured.
Intimate and cosy spaces reflect the period elements of this stunning house.
Highlights include a dramatic blackened steel and solid timber stairwell leading to a 6m high volume double basement space. Throughout the house you find intimate and cosy spaces reflecting the period elements of this stunning house, intertwined with an undertone of industrial chic.
We transformed this ordinary semi-detached into a contemporary yet functional family 5 bed home.
Key features include: a steel ribbon floating staircase leading from the ground floor to a newly built basement; internal and external light voids; and, a zinc clad bespoke study and cloakroom that doubles as the kitchen island.
No 40 – BELGRAVIA
What was once a tired old Victorian terrace house, has been transformed into this refined industrial home!
No 40 sits on the edge of Eaton Square, and involved a full gut and strip to accommodate new internal layouts, and a healthy splash of M+M interior.
Concrete floors and crittall windows are positioned to open up the interior, and with contrasting tones to accent individual spaces.
