Alexander Place is a Grade II listed Georgian terrace, sitting in the heart of the Thurloe Estate in South Kensington.
Minale + Mann set about re-defining the functional layout to create a generous family home. The approach to the interiors was focused around introducing contemporary interior elements whilst maintaining the historical significance of this listed property; this accompanied with Minale + Mann’s signature refined industrial aesthetic showcased via the steel and glass extension, which boasts concrete floors, a bespoke steel framed kitchen, and leather strap lighting.

No 40 sits on the edge of Eaton Square, and involved a full gut and strip to accommodate new internal layouts, and a healthy splash of M+M interior.
Concrete floors and crittall windows are positioned to open up the interior, and with contrasting tones to accent individual spaces.

Not being ones to settle for the ordinary, the concept for the Fulham House was to create a ‘refined industrial’ aesthetic, that turns it’s back on the pastiche of interior design!
Located within a desirable area in Fulham, this house honours its late Victorian roots, then stirs a handful of inner city grit into all that architectural order. Warehouse lighting, double height spaces, stark tones, brass elements, free-flowing art and glamour shine out from graphite grey rooms, creating an edgy remix.
Individual and private spaces slowly reveal themselves within an elegant urban grey backdrop, with interior details that are sympathetic to the period of the house.
