Design Brief
Minale + Mann was commissioned to design a mixed-use project comprising communal offices and meeting rooms, a public library, along with a restaurant that is open to staff and the public in the heart of the Tribeca district in lower Manhattan.
Interior Design
The intention of the design was to draw natural light into each working or study space, using a play of light to enhance the interior environment.
Design features include a bespoke lighting scheme, oak lined floors, knurled bronze paneling and custom-fit joinery designed by MannMade London.
